A little something for my cuberat friends who love golf!
Hole 8 (par 3)
Tiger Woods
His drive bounced once in the back of the green before burying into the bunker. His second shot ran through the green and landed near Mediate's ball in the short grass. His chip went five feet past the hole. His rolled in the bogey putt. Bogey
Rocco Mediate
His drive came up short of the green in short grass. His chip went past the hole, leaving him four feet to save par. "Whew," Mediate said when walking off the green. Par
SCORE: Woods (-1) leads Mediate (E) by one stroke.
Hole 7 (par 4)
Tiger Woods
Woods is looking very comfortable off the tee. His drive split the fairway, just 145 yards to the hole. Playing a draw with his approach shot, he landed 12 feet below the pin. His putt ran straight into the hole for his second consecutive birdie. Birdie
Rocco Mediate
His drive just creeped into the first cut right of the fairway. His approach found the green far right of the pin that's in the front left. His long birdie putt came up just short. Par
SCORE: Woods (-1) leads Mediate (+1) by two strokes.
Hole 6 (par 4)
Tiger Woods
His drive landed in the fairway. His 8-iron was stiff to the pin, just six feet from the pin. He rolled in the birdie putt. So far, no signs from Woods that he's feeling any pain from his left leg. Birdie
Rocco Mediate
His drive landed 23 yards short of Woods but found the middle of the fairway. His approach shot bounced through the green and landed on the back edge in the short rough. A nice chip that just barely caught the ridge, feeding down five feet to the pin, allowed him to save par. Par
SCORE: Woods (E) leads Mediate (+1) by one stroke.
Hole 5 (par 4)
Tiger Woods
His drive landed in the fairway in near-perfect position, 169 yards from the hole. His second shot landed well left of the pin. His birdie putt ran just right of the pin. Par
Rocco Mediate
His drive landed right in the fairway bunker. His second shot landed far left and hit two cart paths, due in part to his right foot slipping on his shot. Out of trampled-down rough left of the green, he managed to find the far edge of the green with his chip. His 12-foot par putt broke just left. Bogey
SCORE: Mediate (+1) and Woods (+1) are tied.
Hole 4 (par 4)
Tiger Woods
His 3-wood landed in the left rough just short of Mediate's drive, 228 yards from the hole. His approach landed in the rough, just short of the left bunker. With his ball sitting up, he was able to chip to within one foot to save par. Par
Rocco Mediate
His drive landed in the left rough, 224 yards from the hole. His approach landed on the green, well short of the pin. His long birdie putt ran three feet past. His par putt got more of the lip than he wanted but still fell in. Par
SCORE: Mediate (E) leads Woods (+1) by one stroke
Hole 3 (par 3)
Tiger Woods
His drive buried into the bunker protecting the front of the green. Unable to spin the ball, his second shot ran well past the hole. His long par putt went three feet past on the right. Bogey
Rocco Mediate
His tee shot was dead-on and nearly rolled in for an ace, leaving him an easy birdie putt of less than two feet. A statement shot, perhaps? Birdie
SCORE: Mediate (E) leads Woods (+1) by one stroke
Hole 2 (par 4)
Tiger Woods
Drove into left rough, 129 yards from the pin. Approach shot was short and right of the green. His chip came up shorter than he probably expected, leaving himself an eight-foot par putt. Par
Rocco Mediate
His drive landed in the right, 126 yards to the pin. His approach shot with a wedge landed in the rough between the green and the bunker. His third shot came up a five feet short of the pin. Par
SCORE: Woods (E) leads Mediate (+1) by one stroke
Hole 1 (par 4)
Tiger Woods
After struggling off the No. 1 tee all week, Tiger finally got a break. His drive hit in the rough near the right-side bunker, but bounced back in the fairway. "Finally," Tiger said with a smile. His approach shot from 154 yards landed on the green. His 20-foot birdie putt was left of the pin. Par
Rocco Mediate
Rocco landed his drive in the fairway on the left side. His approach shot from 176 yards landed in the right-side bunker. His bunker shot ran past the hole. His 8-foot par putt missed to the left. Bogey
SCORE: Woods (E) leads Mediate (+1) by one stroke

DRIVABLE PAR 4 AGAIN: The USGA will be using the most forward tee on the par-4 14th, with 269 yards from the tee markers to the flagstick. It's the same tee location as in Sunday's final round. The hole location is front center.

Pertinent information on other holes:
• Hole 3: 188 yards (back right tee)
• Hole 6: Tee markers moved forward 14 paces (501 yards to middle) due to challenging left "bowl" hole location
• Hole 8: 171 yards
• Hole 11: 192 yards (back tee)
• Hole 12: 505 yards
• Hole 13: 539 yards (most forward of three teeing grounds used with hole location on back left shelf)
• Hole 16: 225 yards (back right tee)
• Hole 18: 525 yards (to middle of green) -- Mike McAllister (11:55 a.m.)

HOPE YOU CAN TELL THEM APART: Yes, we're kidding. But both Tiger Woods and Rocco Mediate will be wearing red shirts and black pants in Monday's playoff.
