Plane veers off the runway in Sudan and bursts into flames
At least 100 dead from 200 passengers. Apparently the weather was bad. GEM$NBC (using Al Jazeera video).

A passenger plane has burst into flames after crashing at the main airport in Sudan's capital, Khartoum, killing more than 100 people, local media say.

The plane, thought to be carrying about 200 passengers, caught fire after veering off the runway on landing. There were thunderstorms at the time.

:scared:
edit: Maybe that came out wrong...not intending to minimize the tragedy, just thinking that the unusual weather for that location may well have been partly responsible simply because it IS unusual...maybe it will be more typical with climate change though.
