She is in my son's class.

She had an AVM (arterio venous malformation) and it hemorraghed last Sunday.

She has been in Boston Childrens Hospital since and undergone surgeries to relieve the pressure.

She is a lovely little girl who has a great sense of humor and is very outgoing. All the kids in school are real upset about it as is the entire community.

If you believe or don't believe in God, please send some good thoughts for this little girl and her family.

The prognosis may be good because they seem to have caught this early enough. I've heard Boston Children's Hospital is an excellent facility.

Let her know we are thinking of her and wishing her a speedy and complete recovery. Patients respond well to the knowledge that others, especially those they don't even know, are concerned about their health and welfare.
