12. The IRS has provided a tool that gives the date of scheduled payments

The IRS has a "Where's my stimulus payment?" thing that will tell you when the payment will come and how much it will be, if your payment group has been scheduled: http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=181665,00.html If your payment hasn't been scheduled then it will just tell you that it hasn't been scheduled.
