Is he smiling at the museum curator (dismissed from the jury today) who refused to wear the red t-shirt?

Or is Scooter just cruising along with Prince Valium?

1. having done courtroom drawings, I'd say don't jump to any conclusions.

you have to draw one person at a time, its not a snapshot. you try to catch them in a natural pose, which may take a half hour to arrive at.

Additionally, I doubt the jury is set that close to scooter.

courtroom drawings are not chronistically accurate, nor should be viewed as such.

Imo, I think he is told to keep a smile on his face because he is being observed at all times. Better a smile than a frown, that way he won't come across as some sinister looking Bush administration official (like Cheney).
