I don't know what is worse, FAUX News' Dem candidate smearing or the smearing on DU

At least with FAUX I get to block the channel, but here it's like every other thread posted is a smear against Hillary Clinton, Obama, both of them, or the Primaries in general. And by people who shoot a post and then never respond while the members fall into the trap and fill it up.

It's like watching car wrecks over and over and over again.


I am seriously thinking of just logging out and getting away from this crap. I don't find it fun posting here any more. And I'm tired of filling up my ignore list with anti Dem/Progressive "members".

2. it is tiring - but 2/5 will be soon and folks will realize nothing will be decided until the

convention - not even the 3/4 Ohio vote will decide anything - a gift of the proportional delegate allocation system and super delegates.

Another 35 days and things should down to normal insult/smear levels.

3. You Do Know there is a difference between Smearing and Facts?

You can't smear someone with the truth, but you can expose them for the fraud they are trying to foist off on people.

I have seen very little lying or even exaggeration on DU. These are not perfect people, and we are looking for the best fit with Democratic and democratic principles. And that means gathering information, analyzing it, tracking trends and campaigns, and all the activities that go on.

Advocacy is also a valid activity, as long as it stays within the realm of the real.

So try to have a little patience with the system. Come down on the liars, by all means, with facts and references. But don't jump down throats because you are impatient with the process.
