American Gangster-Rayful Edmond on BET, did anyone happen to watch it?

i did last night and i found it really interesting, Rayful was a was a coke dealer during the 80's in DC and this show was about his life and eventual downfall but what it also highlights was DC itself and it's lack of voting rights and how screwed it gets by the feds, if you have a chance to catch please do.

1. Thanks for the heads up..

I remember when Rayful went down, it was quite a story. D.C. license plates say "Taxation Without Representation"..it's blatant racism and disenfranchisement. It comes up every couple of years or so, and one or two racist repubs always manage to kabosh it.

2. the part about the trial was really something, the judge had bullet proof glass installed

and had the jurors remain anonymous.
