I'm very happy to be in a position where I don't care which Dem gets the nom,
as long as we take the White House back. I was so much more involved 4 years ago, when I passionately campaigned for General Clark. This means I am joyous and celebratory regardless of who is ahead in the primary! I like this newfound feeling of freedom!

Happy, happy, joy, joy!!

1. Here Here... I only get worked up when...
People call Hillary a man
-They underestimate the level of racism in murka
-They underestimate Huckabee
-Overestimate republicans real desire for change

2. Yup... It will all be decided before my state gets involved....
and will only fall to us here in Denver to officiate.... So, I can watch somewhat dispassionately... I would support any of those Dems running...

3. Yep
Thats what I am thinking. Any Dem would be better than a repug.

4. I feel the same way (don't care) but for a different reason. From my (lefty)
perspective, there is not too much to separate the leading Dem contenders. So, whichever of the three (two?) gets the nomination, it really does not make any difference.

As my name indicates, I feel we have created this "big tent" under which all kinds of unsavory views and policies have become acceptable. The only people not really welcome in the tent (for the sake of political expediency) are liberals. We are told to just shut up and vote the D because etc...

I have been watching this rightward movement (it's purposeful, therefore not a drift) for forty years and am just wondering how many clips I will need to close my nose come November.

But the freedom is liberating, all right. Just not in an entirely good way.

5. I'm with you
My candidate dropped out last night (Biden) so I'm up for grabs but I have to say that any of the top three would get my vote enthusiatically. Nice position to be in for a change.

6. Gore's non-paticipation...
has dampened my enthusiasm for the field largely. I'll probably vote for Edwards in the primary in my state (OK).

7. While I'll be happy if we win, it will be in degrees depending upon the victor.
Also, I'm no longer naive. This country is deeply corrupt and broken.

8. I'm in a similar position.
I was a Clark partisan in '04, I'm undecided this time, and I'd really be happy with any of the Big Three. It's definitely a different perspective, plus a lot less stress! ;)

9. Me, too. They can draw any name from the Democrat hat and I'd be happy.
And they can even put Dodd and Biden's name back in the hat before the drawing, too.

Though I have my preferences, ANY of the current Dem candidates would enthusiatically get my vote.

Just as NONE of the Pub candidates would.

10. Me too!
And the one prognostication I'll make for this election cycle is this:

Regardless of who wins the Democratic nomination, we're taking the White House back!!!!
