Have any of the telecom companies not spied on America?

This may sound strange, and I am looking for the answers elsewhere, but I am shopping cell phone.

I know AT&T is out and have been caught spying for BushCo, but who if any hasn't?

I want to make my phone purchase with a company that isn't pissing on the American Public.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

1. Didn't Qwest tell them to take a flying leap off a rolling donut?
IIRC, Qwest wouldn't go for the warrantless wiretapping.

6. Actually, it was a flying fornication into a rolling doughnut
and was probably the main reason they went after the CEO on insider trading and other charges.

5. Working Assets is now using the name Credo
for their long distance service. I don't know if the cell phones have also changed name.

8. What about T-Mobile/Deutsche Telekom?
I heard T-Mobile refused to go along with the Bush administration. Or did they?
