Is the Presidential Papers Act no longer a valid Law?
It was an Act of Congress singed into Law by a President of the USA. Bush* immediately upon taking office decided he did not need to obey this LAW. He overrode the Congressional Act with his Executive Decision and has refused to grant access to any of Reagan's or Bush 41's Presidential Papers...As the LAW Requires. Can Bush* make Law now? Can he rule Laws passed by Congress and signed leaglly into law by a President are no longer valid? Why are there no groups or persons that are concerned about this? This happened long before 9-11 so the excuse that 9-11 changed everything should not apply.. I would suggest that this should be the very first reason to start Impeachment Procedings..

2. People are bashing Bill Clinton for not releasing his papers
If they took the time to check, five years ago Clinton asked to have his papers released. bush has not let them be released as of this date. And the reason was because of the Iran-Contra debacle that Reagan and Bush were involved in. And the Franklin tapes about the child/boy sex ring with conntections to bush#41's white house.

Seems like his Executive Orders are all being held in strict accordance. By the way it's EO13,233

3. I think it takes eight years before they can be released
I seem to recall in the Presidential Papers Act it said that Presidential papers may be released after eight years of the President having left office but MUST be released after twelve years. Reagan had been out of office for more than twelve years and Bush 41 for more than eight when Bush* and his Cabal stole their way into office. There have been no papers released as of yet..
