Until A Judge Starts Sending Some People To Jail For Destroying Docs they'll Continue....
There have been numerous situations where the Government has failed to follow court orders, and documents have turned up 'missing' ...

when a government official refuses to follow a valid court order, and there are no consequences... the Judge needs to take this very seriously and send them to jail.

Bush would pardon him or at least commute the sentence
Just as he did with Libby.

2. nancy pelosi and harry reid sure are NOT gonna do anything about it & the same for
hillary, obama, dodd, biden, or any of that crowd. they will not even introduce legislation to end the occupation of iraq or stop funding the illegal war.

5. It would do Our Democracy a lot of good if the Judge would order some of them taken into custody...
There is nothing quite as instructive and helpful like Television coverage of a witness being taken into custody and led off to jail for violating a court order by destroying evidence.

It would make some of these characters out there shredding and destroying documents think twice before they put their own butts on the line to carry out the orders of their corrupt superiors to destroy evidence.

We really need this object lesson....
