The Tapes May Have Been Destroyed But That Doesn't Mean The People Can't Testify

Bring the interrogators before the Congress and compel them to testify as to what was done, when, where, to whom, and what results were achieved.

It doesn't matter that their 'covers' will be 'blown'. This is a matter of the integrity of the United States of America and that is far more important than the careers of a couple of CIA employees.

Make the CIA identify who was there and then bring them in. Give them all the protections they may need, for life if necessary, but bring them in and compel them to testify. There is no reason what so ever they can not be brought before Congress.

deal, but this is. Their selective protection is interesting.

2. The two psychologist have already been publicly identified

They would be a very good place to start since from what I have read they were the people being protected by the destruction of the tapes.
