A Simple Note from Bill Clinton to Foundation Donors: "Dear Friend..."
... as you know after today's official announcement, Hillary is running for President. I'm sure you share my enthusiasm for her candidacy, and I hope you will find a way to get involved to support her.

The reason that I am writing to you is that - due to the exigencies of modern campaigning - it is likely that there will be renewed curiosity about the identity of donors to the Clinton Foundation, as a result of Hillary's bid.

Enclosed, please find a form to specify whether you would like to voluntarily have your identity revealed on an amended donor schedule. If you have any questions, please call Bruce R. Lindsey, at: <number redacted>

Thank you for your generous support of the many programs that the Clinton Foundation funds. If you are able, please keep us in mind for your 2007 giving.

Signed,

Bill Clinton, January 20, 2007"

If no such letter went out, it's too late for Mark Penn to pretend it did.

1. WTF are you talking about? It's amazing that you provide no links or anything. Give it up already.

2. Geez
how many threads on this are you going to start?

It becomes spamming at some point.

And what is this? A real note? Something you made up? What's it got to do with Mark Penn?

3. The Number of Threads Needed on Clinton Secrecy...
... is directly proportional to the number of tried-and-failed explanations her camp puts out (See also: planted question controversy).

5. The Ignore Feature
Note the header of this message. See the little red figure?

I personally don't like using it. When I shut my eyes, ears, and mind to viewpoints other than mine, I often miss learning something.

But it may suit your needs.

7. Think Kucinich Will Sign on as a Co-Sponsor to Waxman's Bill...
... to clarify that Presidential libraries are required to disclose their donors? H.R. 1254...
