Calling Hoyer is wrong tactic --Call other members of House Who Will Vote on Mtn to Table

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer has already gone on record that he will block impeachment of Cheney by parlimentary procedures.

He is going to need a vote of some kind to keep the Kucinich resolution from coming to a full vote on the floor of the House. THe place to put the effort is to call the other members of the House that might vote to table it, or vote in favor of a less well known parlimentary procedure that would have the same effect.

Regardless of the outcome of the vote, I hope it in fact does come to a vote on the record by the members of the House.
