About the only time the state bars, which have the sole authority to disbar, take such drastic action is when one attorney manages to defraud another attorney. Other than that, well, it's anything goes.

The Batson Report that was submitted to a federal bankruptcy court in the Enron matter clearly stated that Andrews & Kurth and Vinson & Elkins commmitted legal malpractice under the laws in the state of Texas.

Do you see the State Bar of Texas doing anything about it?

Did they sign on to any other impeachment proceeding? As for the current state of affairs, the ABA probably would be declared a terrorist organization and its members barred from appearing before a court on that basis which of course would take care of at least half of the legal opposition to the Bush junta.

And Pelosi would smile and say nothing and then jump into Bush's lap waiting for her little treat. Good lapdog that she is.

Of course half the ABA probably supports the Bush junta, so that sort of would take care of that. I wouldn't count on the ABA saying much of anything. Too many members are joining Pelosi in Bush's lap waiting for their little treat.
