GD = Frying Pan
GD-P = Fire
The Lounge = Bacon

4. My perspective: GD=issues oriented, GD/P=candidates.

I'm not certain there are official protocols involving this, but it seems to pan out that way as elections approach.

I stay away from GD/P myself.

thereby keeping the often contentious topic from overwhelming GD as it did during the '04 primary season, and to some extent, the runup to the '06 midterms.
