This may just be the first election where polling cannot be counted on.. even a little

More and more people are not even on landline phone service, and pollers apparently cannot call on cell phones to poll..

Internet polls can be ( and ARE) manipulated..

So all the falderal that gets reported about this poll or that one, is just flimsy speculation..

My son's household is a prime example.. there are FOUR young adults living there.. each has a phone, but the residence..ZERO phones..

Polls (done the usual way) will capture data from people 50 and older who have not gotten on the wireless bandwagon, but they will not catch many younger people who have personal phones, but no listed residence phone, like in the olden days :)

So when you hear about a poll that has this candidate polling at thus and so..and another at this and that...remember just whom they polled to get that information..

It just may be that the bulk of the actual voters are "under the radar"..and unaccounted for:)
