1. Yeah-- that was great. Notice how they started
babbling loudly when he pointed out how they themselves are the biggest welfare queens of all? Talk about cognitive dissonance. Bunch of lazy assholes who think they're entitled.

2. Lots of rationalizing going on between the Republicans and Libertarians.
No, it's not welfare or a bailout...but, but, don't you want the central bank to do what it was designed to do...?

14. It was Kudlow's last grasp at credulity
Well... well... the little saps will get some jobs out of all this.

Please sir, can I have some porridge? Meh.

10. Do you mind recommending it?
I'd love to hear everybody's reaction to it, because the time has come to call the Republicans and Libertarians out on their hypocrisy.

15. Hate to say it but the Federal Reserve isn't a government entity. It isn't corporate welfare.
It's simply rich people helping out other rich people.

18. I'm guessing that it gets a whole lot of perks, being the Federal Reserve,
that most banks don't get.

23. The shareholder list is private information.
Ownership in the Federal Reserve is by invitation only, I believe. Unlike other corporations, disclosure laws don't apply to the Fed as a corporate entity, so the owners don't have to identify themselves through IRS filings. I'm not sure here, but I don't even know if the Fed is required to pay income taxes on the income it generates for shareholders.

24. Rich people who are allowed to print their own money.
Money which is backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government.

Lowering rates and printing notes contributes to inflation, which mostly harms middle and lower class consumers. When the Fed engages in these activities solely to the benefit of private banks and wealthy investors, it's corporate welfare with a middle man.
