Cheney's 1992 comments about Iraq to be topic on cspan WJ tomorrow AM!

They just played the whole tape of how it was right NOT to persue Saddam, and it would be a quagmire. The host said cspan would do a callin segment on that issue tomorrow morning!

I'm soo glad this has been an issue on CNN, MSNBC, The Daily Show, and now cspan! All those diff. shows should cover a really brod audience!

2. Maybe. Appparently Cheney said the same things several

different times. I can't remember where I heard that yesterday. Someone on CNN said he made those same comments in 1991, 1992, 1994 & 1998.

I don't care what year's tape they air, just so it gets broad coverage!

3. I just viewed the stream on WJ website.

As usual, the republican callers were excusing what he said and bringing up 9/11 and their "but President Clinton" song and dance. I also noticed how cspan played the tape that Fox Noise has been showing about what Al Gore said back in 1992 (I think) regarding Saddam Hussein. They just couldn't talk all about Cheney and his cspan interview but they had to add Fox Noise's Gore interview for fair and balance, I guess. :eyes:
