1. There is nothing conservative about KKKarl's scorched earth brand of politics.
And he has in mind a great society only for his corporate masters. Others--whether Republican or Democrat--need not apply.

2. And the greater point is missed...
That the great society was not derailed by inherent inability of government to solve problems, but by the dissatisfaction over and with the economic pressures of the Vietnam war.
