and it could happen, I'd:

1. Make the killing of any endangered species a very serious crime.
2. O'Reilly, Rush, Hannity, et. al. can choose their favorite mental institution as home.
3. Tax credits for not having children.
4. No press secretaries.
5. No porn that involves violence to women. And no ass to mouth, sorry.
6. Passenger cars cannot be over 4 cylinders or get under 20 mpg.
7. "American Idol" will be cancelled.
8. The word "God" will be taken off currency.
9. No Lobbyist. No gifts. Public Financed elections.
10. No Electoral collage.
