1. yes, waterboarding IS like free-style or backstroke

according to torture expert Kit Bond. Maybe PBS should have a standing rule that if you are a fucking moron, you don't get invited back to PBS. My sympathy to Missouri, which is a lovely state with smart citizens that is somehow apparently represented by a complete tool.

I guess if waterboarding isn't torture, we can use it on 6 year old shoplifters to extract confessions, then?

2. I think the question we're looking for is WHAT THE F__K CAN AND IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT RIGHT NOW?
"They (the OLC and the Bush administration) are claiming the right for the President to define all US law according to his own terms. The question is does that make sense and will any future President be able to undo that."

Does it make sense?...uh...no, I think the question we're looking for is WHAT THE F__K CAN AND IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT RIGHT NOW?

With the answer being...ABSOLUTELY F__KING NOTHING. News flash---the Asshole's unconstitutional use of signing statements is not news. The big story is THE SPINELESS DEMS HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT IN THE LAST F__KING 12 MONTHS!

Just like the repuks. Always blame Clinton or the dems. The repukes don't do anything bad according to some on this page. Always blame the dems you jerks. The repuks are laughing at you because you fall into their trap.
