Am I missing something here? Please define apathy as I may have it wrong.

My emotion and feeling is reserved for good people. Not thugs. Your empathy for them is misplaced.
They are the bad guys. They are punks. They are thieves. They are hoodlums.

My apathy goes to the young kids of London who do well every day and strive to be decent human beings under
the same social conditions as these yobs.
