I watch video after video of John, and I keep biting my tongue so I won't get flamed. . . but damn John looks great in blue jeans! :silly: I agree with him on all economic issues, and I love what he says, but hell I'm not blind.

7. Nothing wrong with saying this, occasionally.

Not that it should ever be the main focus (that would be shallow, quite obviously), but there is nothing wrong with saying that you think a public personality, such as a politician, is attractive. Again, DON'T beat it like a drum or mantra, but mentioning this once in a while is fine. Why not? We're human, and let's not forget it. In '04 a woman at a Kerry rally told Kerry she thought he was good looking. I heard a woman say the same about Clinton in '92 at a Clinton event. The candidates smiled and took no offense. In fact they thanked the ladies for the compliments. Nothing wrong with that. As a guy I don't mind saying that I think Hillary and Tipper Gore are both good looking middle aged women. What's wrong with that? C'mon, let's not stop being human. (But let's also not forget that the issues, as you indicate, are the most important things.)

I like the music too but it was kind of an odd song for him to come in on, I think.

11. Love bluegrass music

It has an authenticness and rawness that country-corporate crap has always lacked. Bill Monroe's stuff is eerie to listen to when tearing down a backwoods Southern road at night. Really captures something that country music completely lacks.
