2. Rachel Maddow
I'm not gay. I like Rachel Maddow's show. I have never thought of one reason how gay marriage would impact me personally, either financially or any other way. The people who scream the loudest are the uber-religious fanatics whose real purpose is to win their viewpoint no matter what. They are the RepublicoChristians who belong to the Church of the Almighty Republicanism.

The Constitution has never changed but people will not always acknowledge it. The 14th amendment is a very important one. Equal protection under the law for everyone born or naturalized here. Religion and prejudice should not nullify justice. In good times or bad the Constitution is always the same..trying to teach us what is right. If only we would listen to it. Vindication of it is a wonderful thing to see. Kudos to Olson and Boies for making it the law of the land once more.

4. There's that whole Bush V. Gore thing with Ted Olson that still sticks in my craw
But you have to admire him because he knows republicans/conservatives as well as anyone else so he had to know he was going to be on the outs with his own party going into this thing, and now adding in the fact that he helped win it, it's going to be even worse for him.
