1. I'm happy to see Americans take to soccer.

Not that long ago, when I was growing up, Americans I knew didn't know what the game was about. I really learned to appreciate the sport when I lived in Europe. I haven't really followed it since that time.

It's a much safer game, in my opinion, than American football. Much healthier for the players. That's a really positive aspect to this change in attitude.

He can speak Spanish, which he learned from playing with the Cal Heat club, which was primarily made up of players of Latin descent, as well as taking several years in high school.

He took several years of Spanish in High School????

I thought he was a high B student
