BP CEO Tony Hayward appeared before Congress today to tell Congressional leaders why his company has failed so badly in the Gulf of Mexico oil spill response, and whether or not BP allowed the accident to occur by cutting corners on safety measures. Mike Papantonio appears on MSNBC's Hardball with Chris Matthews to give us the truth that Mr. Hayward was incapable of delivering today.

"Whoops! Am I on MSNBC? We're supposed to be Liberals now right? OK"
