One of the possible dangers of the Citizens United v. FEC ruling that hasn't been discussed much is that by bypassing giving money to the actual candidates themselves to advertise, and producing the ads themselves, sponsors can frame the debate more than they already do, and indirectly threaten politicians to conform to their talking points or lose the free advertisement.

1. True.... the SC ruling has given Corporations an Unfair advantage over ALL voters
and their votes. This ruling is undemocratic in nature and I will go as far as saying it was designed to destroy what influence americans have on elections. It's fascist...
