2. Yes. Its a very good point. Same applies for Grand Jury.

If we had Grand Jury, the flow of information would come to a screeching halt. This needs to be in public arena in its entirety. But I'm confused. I hear all these different terms/labels: Special Prosecutor, Independent Council. WTF? Are these all the same people? Or is there something different that applies?
