5. Looks like Bush and Obama have a deal.

Holder seems to be saying that Bush is agreeing not to criticize the Obama administration for a certain length in time and that Cheney is violating the agreement. Maybe it is an oral or tacit understanding, but I hear an undercurrent in this. This is not the first time I have seen some kind of deal in operation between Bush and Obama with regard to this. I wonder what Obama promised or suggested might be rewarded in exchange for Bush's silence -- if anything. This bears watching.
