Wow -- this poor guy. This captures the frustration we all have when dealing with the idiocy of the idiots at the idiotic corporations.

They quoted this guy a rate of .002 cents, but charged him at a rate of .002 dollars -- making his bill 100X greater -- and they don't see the problem.

without knowing the difference? I guess the answer is yes. I wonder if these workers graduated for college, too.

Maybe they are graduate students.


No wonder why Verizon needs so much money from us.

Don't they train their workers in the billing department or do they use people in some foreign country who never finished 8th grade?
