The Senate's top Democrat called off a planned vote on a $25-billion auto industry bailout. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says he wanted to figure out some way to help Detroit's struggling Big Three but that efforts to do so had stalled. (Nov. 19)

1. It stalled? Wait five minutes, then turn the key again. But don't flood it!
We need to do something to get the Big Three running on all cylinders again before the wheels come off.
