Speeches and like conducting music got to strike the right tone. Not that Barack isn't agreat speech maker he is jsut a few pointers, it's all about holding attention with variation of sppech really.

I know I dropped what I was doing and hung on every word when MSNBC went live with this.

Too bad they cut up the video so much, I'd like to have it in it's entirety.

8. I cut it up

because youtube only allows 10 minute uploads. I kept the policy specifics and disposed of the more inspirational stuff and the great section about personal responsibility. But hey, it's difficult getting folks to watch a 10 minute video about the economy. Much less a 25 minute video.

Hopefully I struck a good balance.
