3. I keep getting video no longer available on YouTube videos today.

I have a feeling it's my computer. I just got a new iMac. Maybe I don't have the right plug-ins. Any iMac users out there who can help me?

4. not a Mac user, but that happens to me too every now and then...

I think it's a connection error with some embedded videos (don't ask me why some would work and others not, though).

Whenever I click on the video itself, though, and it takes me to the YouTube page for the video, it plays fine--unless the video's completely gone from the site of course.

So, try reloading the screen first, and if that doesn't work, try clicking on the video in the area around the big play button, and it'll take you to YouTube, where it should definitely play. If it still doesn't work there, you might have to re-install Flash, but it should prompt you if you're missing the right plugins.
