Grassley: Senate is obligated to give an up-or-down vote on Alito
"The president nominates. The Senate deliberates. And then, we are obligated to give our advice and consent by an up-or-down vote on the nomination."

Grassley's opening statement yesterday.

How many Republicans will use that "up-or-down-vote" bullshit line this time around, Harriet?

2. My name's not Harriet, but
I'd be willing to place some serious money that all of them do. And some less serious money, but still money, that some Dems join in. Leadership is what it's all about. :sarcasm:
