It took guts to come out against this Bush orchestrated debacle. They need rewarded. Too bad more in Congress kept their mouth shut. OK I voted make nice "No", comeback "Yes". Actually I was a little unclear on the make nice, but then I'm not that smart. I assume it means to be apologetic or non-controversial which I opppose. We need more who are cynical than those who accept the government status quo.

When support for the war is flagging, when EVERY reason for going there was a bald-faced FUCKING LIE ?!?!?!?!?!?

They were right to be ashamed of *, and the people who were upset that they voiced their beliefs should be ashamed of the actions they took: death threats, boycotts, destroying merchandise, telling them to "shut up and sing," etc.

Does anyone else think this is reminiscient of when people believed a woman's place was in the home, and that women should "shut up and get back in the kitchen"?

They are people with beliefs, opinions, and voices. They had EVERY right to stand up and say what they believed.
