A cruel question I wish Helen Thomas would ask.
"Do you think that your late Sister, Robin Bush, would have approved of the number of children you have killed in your War, Mr. President?"

I think he'd have an aneurism right then and there.

1. Now we're talking.
I'd love to hear that. See that.

It was discouraging to see how casually he lied his way around every question in the last question-and-interrupt session. I'd love to see him really get one stuck in his craw.

2. no, that would play very badly
It is not relevent, and it is cruel

What the press should be doing is what Helen Thomas does, question his lies and policies

8. I agree with your assessment--we don't have to be shitty TO HIM
He's shitty to us, all by himself. I say stick to the issues.

3. As much as I dislike this administration
I feel that would not be appropriate. It would be more appropriate to ask him what Christ would think of all his lies, spying, spending and murderous wars.

4. Agreed
This is one he would sputter over... or sound egregiously self-confident that he ACTS on behalf of Christ - suggesting that Christ would support such things... that would lead to interesting responses throughout the press.

The spector of raising a childhood memory and the death of his sister would be cruel, irrelevant (he doesn't spout off about her on a regular basis) and would make anyone asking it look like awful and irrelevant.

6. Yipes, that's just mean. Helen's not a rabid attack dog, kiddo.
She's a reporter.

7. No. Attacking someone's personal grief is off limits, imho.
That's paparazzi tactics, and completely inappropriate in any political debate. I've lost loved ones, and the pain never entirely goes away. Deliberately stirring up those feelings in another for political points is just plain mean, even if done to an sob like *.

11. That's like asking "So, when did you stop fucking your daughters?"
a REAL cheap shot. Not even a sonofabitch like ME would stoop that low.

13. So, when DID he stop fucking his daughters?
I mean, he's fucking the entire country, and last time I looked the Bush Twins were citizens.

Just askin'.

14. She has more tact than that.
She wouldn't use a Rovian tactic to get her points across.
