As in underwear-like diapers... adult diapers? well, it Depends. They're taking a big chance when they do that, since if he get's a little nervous, he might regress and have a little "accident" in front of all those people (of course, as other's have mentioned, since they're screened for their special abilities to ignore reality (real republicans), they wouldn't even notice--or worse, they'd think "how cute, isn't he just darling" (which would be okay if he was any other infant, but he's the Presidential infant)).
