Lets hope the ol man makes it but if he did die, would Cheney be guilty of negligent homocide?

2. Yes, even if he dies within the next YEAR!
Per Texas law, you can be charged with manslaughter if the victim dies WITHIN ONE YEAR of the incident from ANY complications arising from the shooting.

There's a lot of brick-shitting going in DC right now!

9. Hope?
Why does this scumbag deserve any of our hope? We should hope for the victims of Katrina. Hope for the children in Iraq. Hope for our soldiers getting killed at the rate of 2/day in Iraq. Hope for the elderly who will lose medicare. Hope for the unemployed.

Hope for this rich repub pioneer? You've got to be kidding. I could care less about him.
