14. He can't win in Ohio.

He has little money, no base, is strongest in a place where Ds are weak and, outside of this website, not much name recognition. Plus he's a loose cannon. He said that anyone who voted for issue 1 (the gay-bashing thing) is unamerican. While that may be true, the fact remains that 3/4 of voters did vote for issue one. I can just picture the ad the Rs would make out of that! Frankly, his withdrawal letter sounded like it was written by an angry child who didn't get his way. While I respect him as a person, I'm glad he's out.

this is the second time i've listened to Big Eddie where i've been absolutely blown away with regard to his principles. Several months ago, i couldn't stand to listen him - it sounded to me like he was always pumping up the DLC'rs and beating up on the grass roots builder Howard Dean (who the DLC hate and despise and did to him what they've just done to Paul Hackett, pre-primary this time around) I just want to say that he spoke for me today...
