He will talk about "energy independence". And he will say that "social programs" are breaking our nation and that he intends to put forth a "balanced budget" for 2012 - 4 years after he leaves office. He will brag about the jobs created and the stock market strength and credit it all to his taxcuts. And he will advise that the taxcuts be made "permanent" to keep the economy growing...
