They have alot of consitutional experts, attorneys and such to help them with this.
I would like to see them talk to Jim Webb as he seems to know alot about this.
Murtha and some of the congress seem ready to try anything.
I believe the biggest roadblock to them doing anything strong is the people. They don't know that the people want them to do anything to stop Bush. We have to convince them.
We have to make alot of noise and let them know how the people feel.

Sad as it is. As much as I would love to see him impeached and imprisoned, I just don't see it happening. This guy is going to start another war if he already hasn't and maybe two more. This week we learn about the U.S. Military is searching our bank records. The debate was immediately steered towards the question of whether or not these activities are legal when done in the interest of national security. But there's no reason to believe that this activity has anything to do with national security, particularly in light of the fact that Cheney came out to defend it. And, just like the NSA spying, we will soon find out that the bank searches began before 9/11. And just like the NSA spying, nobody will ask why the bank activity never showed up in the 9/11 investigations.

The Dems went right to sleep, as usual.
