GW Effs Up AGAIN! "Iraq backs Iranians seized by US" BBC News

Great job, George. You're screwn now.

Iraq backs Iranians seized by US

The outside of the Iranian liaison office raided by US forces
Six Iranians held in a US military raid in northern Iraq were working there with the approval of the authorities, Iraq's foreign minister has said.
The Iranian liaison office in Irbil did not yet have full consular diplomatic status but it had been operating for years, Hoshyar Zebari said.

The US said it believed the six people seized in Thursday's raid had targeted Iraqi and US-led coalition forces.

Russia said the raid was "unacceptable" and a violation of international law.

"It is absolutely unacceptable for troops to storm the consular offices of a foreign state on the territory of another state," Russian foreign ministry spokesman Mikhail Kamynin said.

"It is also not clear how this fits in with American statements that Washington respects the sovereignty of Iraq," he said.

2. It doesn't matter if they were terrorists.
We violated a consulate to seize them. International law only exists if all parties respect its conventions because there is no higher authority to enforce it.

George blithely destroys what it has taken centuries to secure.

Either George is caught and punished as the international criminal he is, or tomorrow someone will build on his precedents.......and we won't like that. We won't like any of it.

Destroying the conventions of international law just before massive population shifts as will be caused by global warming is an excellent way to assure armageddon.

5. Shrub is doing all he can to get Iran to fire one shot...
Then he can distract the American people from his disastrous and failed Iraq war with an Iran war. All for the sake of his deflated ego.

The decider needs to no longer be in a position to make any decisions!
