Lawrence O'Donnell Made Sense on the Troop Numbers
He said there will only be 5,000 more boots on the ground then we have at any one time. He explained why, I can't remember the details. Did anyone here see it, possibly post the details of why he said this?

1. Yea...He said that there are something like 45,000 cops in New York
and the number that will be patrolling the city as large as Baghdad is entirely insufficient...(that's including the surge of 20,000 troops) very scary...

4. He made a point about NYPD
having 45,000 police officers patrolling the city's streets during one shift. O'Donnell broke down Bush's 20,000 additional troops into 4 shifts to make his point that 5,000 troops are insignificant.

a year ago than they are now. This surge is only going to bring the troop levels back up to where we had them a year ago.

6. Repositioning special forces, rangers, for blowback from Iran
Troop levels for insurgency is smokescreen. Look at which troops are being re-positioned. Not civil affairs. Airborne, Marine amphib, special ops, black ops, gators, seals, halos, extra aircraft carriers. They are preparing for "incursions" in Iran following bombing Iran to retalliate for some "incident" or "provocation".

We may have only a week or two to stop this. You can sleep later.
