4. I love Durbin, but he really pissed me off tonight
when he said we have done a lot for Iraq. Yeah, they are so much better off now than they were four years ago. And I don't remember Iraqis asking us to come in and do this for/to them. Well, the pundits love his saying that, but I sure don't. I want the war to end, but "if you break it, you buy it" still goes.

6. Durbin left Junior Gobsmacked and Bushwhacked!
He drove home one point that's bugged the hell out of me: why do we have to play nanny every time iraq whines and cries, "Bwaaah! Bail me Out!"?

In less than three minutes, Durbin deflated Bush's change in tacti... er, strategery.
