Republican whining is best described by Alan Simpson on Tweety's show
Tues. January 2nd.... From transcripts

if someone complains to you, just say "well, in order to get the 100 days plan done in 100 days, we have to hurry, which means using the rules the Republicans put in force, until we find time to work on those rules...

MATTHEWS: It‘s a joint caucus, it‘s being called, even though—you‘re right, it‘s an executive session in effect. What do you think it will accomplish over there? This is a rarity.

SIMPSON: Guys will get up and say, you know, “Where did we go awry? Why am I not supposed to like you? Why can‘t we go to a conference committee? How did you exclude us? I don‘t think you ought to do that again. How about our amendments?”

The House—the House, ironically, their first item of business is to say, “We don‘t have time to change the rules, so we‘ll have to use your rules for a couple of weeks.”

MATTHEWS: You mean the closed rules?

1. Revenge is sweet for a while. And there are things to get done fast.
But ultimately one of those things must be to get rid of the GOP rules.

2. Revenge? Not sure if it is...it's more of "In your face asshole"
All these bills being brought to the house the first 100 days aren't new, they were introduced before, but Republicans refused to bring to the floor, or even discuss them then...so now they want some credit for "helping" to pass them and to "improve" on them....F**k them...
