So Arnold just had ninety minutes of surgery and is
recuperating. They didn't mention the hospital but it's probably St. John's in Santa Monica where most celebrities go.

I think while he is in traction would be a good time for the nurses to have a heart to heart talk with him for pissing on them previously.

1. cedar's sainai
I was born in saint johns, that's just a regular hospital.

The rich and famous can afford cedar's sainai, or if they
can't afford it, but still want to sound posh, 'ucla'. :-)

6. It might be UCLA but I'm betting on St. John's because it's

closer to his residence on the westside and he is Catholic so Maria might insist. Where do you get the idea that St. John's is not as good as Cedar's? They are pretty state of the art on everything. I know. I used to work there. Also, the reason many celebs go to Cedars Sinai is because many of them are Jewish and the hospital is Jewish run.

13. respect
You worked there, were part of healings i've benefitted from, respect.

Is that why the cedars sinai thing, john wayne, my grandma, after seeing what it's
like to die rich in cedars sinai, i'd much prefer more Hunter Thompson's approach,
i saw the hospital bill after she died, for a period where she was comatose.. what is
the value... i would not want to die like that.

16. I wasn't one of the healers but worked in the food service part
every summer while I was in college. But there were many celebrities who got treated there among them Frank Sinatra and Elizabeth Taylor.

15. I've heard recently that St. John's is gaining on Cedars

I had a review of an exray done at St. John's and it is magnificent!

Plenty of $$'s are flowing in their direction.

19. They have always had celebrities there because they had a
reputation for being discreet and not talking to the press. Something a lot of people don't know is that they have a psychiatric floor where they treat substance abuse as well. Many a celeb has been treated on that floor with their identity safely incognito.

4. Ah-nold vetoed universal health care in CA this year.
Obviously, he doesn't need it as he gets preferrential treatment. We taxpayers pay for his insurance. Too bad we don't get the same.

no doubt will be written by the health care and insurance industries for their benefit. I hope the legislature refused to pass anything those bozos profer.

20. My mom was at St. John's two years ago before she died . . .
. . . and a common theme there amongst the nurses was how much they hated what ahnold had done.

21. If he is at St. John's and is in traction, what an opportunity to
educate him. He can't shut you up or run away. Of course regardless of which hospital he is in, I'm sure there are going to be a lot of pissed off nurses.

where ever he is, he will in the presence of professional nurses who will give him excellent care. That's just what they do.

25. So true
but the jokes and discussion outside his room would be something to hear.

I once had to take care of an old teacher in the ICU after he had a stroke. I was professional but I have to admit that the injections and especially the Tylenol suppository gave me a little too much pleasure...old goat was a horror of a teacher.

a certain kind of smile. They know, they know. Although Arnie might not know. Maybe add a lip lift or a sideways smile, smirk?

But I also know you are all professionals who will do your job regardless. Maybe a few of the jokes and jabs will get back to him? We can only hope.
