this actual screenshot showed on CNN, 10/5/06. I stumbled on it by accident, while looking through old Lou Dobbs episodes for coverage about electronic voting.

this screenshot came from a 5-second promo for another show, about Bush I. somehow the editors managed to slip it in. you can see exactly how it happened in the promo video here:
