The alleged attempted page-fucker was enjoying the Americana-tinged power-pop of alt-country act the Old 97’s, though there’s no word on whether the “closet drinker” imbibed any alcohol.

when he was forced to testify in DC in the late 70s.

he was really out of it. I was in a car with some friends, and we all sat there, "is that who I THINK it is?" we all agreed that was who it is. his presence got a lot of publicity at the time. I think it had to do with his being nailed on a pot charge. he was trying to get a lesser sentence, IIRC, and was giving it up.

BTW, he looked REALLY spaced/blissed out. all agreed that he could have very well have been tripping
