McCain Blasts People 'Engaging In Finger-Pointing' After blaming Clinton
Yesterday, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) explicitly blamed the Clinton administration for North Korea’s nuclear weapons test on Sunday: (I)t is a failure of the Clinton administration policies…that have caused us to be in the situation we’re in today.”

This morning on NBC, “Straight Talk” McCain had a different tune: “I think this is the wrong time for us to be engaging in finger pointing when in this crucial time, we need the world and Americans united.”

Watch the clips back to back:

For the record, here is a timeline of North Korea’s nuclear weapons development. A cheat sheet:

Bush I: 1-2 bombs worth of plutonium
Clinton: Zero plutonium
Bush II: 10-11 bombs worth of plutonium and counting, first nuclear test

3. McCain has always spoken out of both sides of his mouth
and unfortunately the media usually lets him get away with it by saying how "independent" he is.

4. Good Argument Back
Those numbers need to be publicized better to push back against the inevitable campaign from McCain and conservatives on this issue.

You are right. He does. They all do. I'm agreeing with Willie Nelson's mantra:

9. Stop the blame game, I had my turn
You know, I'd find this kind of behavior immature in a six-year-old. For a United States Senator to do it, well, words just fail me sometimes.

19. I regret that I ever liked him...
In 2004 he sold out and continues to be a sell-out. He will say anything in order to pander to a base of willfully ignorant RWer's.

20. He voted on a tobacco bill back in the nineties
Before I had a computer or new about email. I liked what he did so much I sat down and wrote a long hand written letter praising his actions.
I've got to say now, I think he's long gone over the edge, and there isn't any redemption, he's sold his soul to the bfee.
